Antique Victorian Sterling Silver 1893 Elocution Medal Brooch

Antique Victorian era sterling silver award medal brooch. The top is engraved with the initials "M.R.T.". The attached medal is engraved "V.R.H.S. Elocution 1893" with the name "Minnie Tolbert" engraved on the back.

Good condition with typical signs of age and wear. Could be polished if desired. The brooch section has a few slight bends.
