  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes tracking information. A second email is typically sent when your order is out for delivery. 
  • Delivery times will vary, with 2-7 days being the average in the U.S., and 5-14 days being the average for Canada. 
  • Some orders may require an adult signature depending on contents and value.
