Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase and decide if it's right for you.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Jewelry that has been sized, modified, or worn are not eligible for returns. 

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please fill out the form below or contact us at returns@theophelia.com. We can provide you with a return shipping label or the return mailing address and instructions if you would like to purchase your own shipping label.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply for these returns.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
